At Wakuli Koffie, we strive for the freshest experience, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are committed to making it right. Due to the perishable nature of our specialty coffee, we can only accept returns on unopened non-food items or quality-related issues reported within 14 days.

    For damaged goods or quality concerns, please attach clear photos of the packaging and the product's batch code.

    If a return is required for non-perishable equipment, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to drop off at any local parcel point.
